I don't know. I always have these big ideas about what I want to write about while I'm in the car , but by the time I get in the house I invest most of my time in stupid Facebook games. Although I'v ealso spent a retarded amount of time playing Dragon Age and Plant vs. Zombies. I've also watched the first five seasons of the Office over the course of the last week. So lots of things to distract me from writing.
As for what's going on in my life? I'm still in the Navy. For now. And mostly just in technicality.
Which might be a suprise to a lot of you? (assuming people still read this, and I'm not just pandering to my own ego)
SInce leaving the boat, the Navy has been getting shittier and shittier. They took my BAH, Sea Pay, Sub Pay, and my Pro Pay (together about 1700 a month), my NEC (I'm not a Nuke anymore), and my Dolphins (in the Navy's eyes I'm no longer a Submariner), and although they choose to keep me in the Navy when they could have administratively seperated me, they're not going to give me another job. So currently I am to be seperated from the Navy with a General under Honorable Conditions discharge. This gives me a few options vis a vis things to do with my life outside of the Navy. I could try to use my nuclear pipeline training to get a job IRW, I could collect unemployment and use my GI Bill to go to school (prob. Community college for the first year as getting admitted into a four year for the fall seems improbable), I could jus sit on my ass and collect Unemployment, or...
I'm going into the Army. Yeah. That was the choice I picked. I'm trying to get Airborne but I won't find out until I go to MEPS. Again. So we'll see how that goes.
Plus, a friend from way back in the day go in touch today. Man she's still hot, and I still have NO chance. *L*
